Named after the Vanetta family, this 10 storey steel frame structure is the tallest of its kind in the area. It features six residential levels atop four levels of above-ground parkade, and is comprised of 64 homes. Vanetta includes a spanning fifth-floor rooftop amenity with garden plots, play area, and seating area.
